• Weight of the order

The applicable delivery charge will be communicated and confirmed during order processing.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Within Accra: Delivery is typically completed within 12 hours after order confirmation and payment.

• Outside Accra: Delivery is typically completed within 24 hours after order confirmation and payment, depending on the destination and logistics availability.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed outside business hours may be processed on the next business day.

5. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:

• Full name

• Contact number

• Delivery address

• Any special delivery instructions

Incorrect information may result in delivery delays.

6. Free Delivery

At this time, we do not offer free delivery services.

7. Pickup Option

Customers may arrange to pick up their orders from our pickup location:

Ashongman Estates
Near the Community Hospital
Opposite City Mars Hotel

Pickup arrangements should be confirmed in advance.

8. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address information, or inability to contact the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.

While we strive to meet stated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, transportation challenges, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
